Punjab Highways Department invites tenders for rehabilitation and improvement of road from Bhindari Chowk to Fateh Sher Road, length 0.35 km, 16-foot metalled width, in Sahiwal City. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and codes and possess valid PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost must be submitted digitally through Punjab e-Procurement System. Contractors must quote item rates against each BOQ item and percentage-based quotations above or below estimated or DNIT cost will not be accepted. Estimated DNIT cost is Rs. 39.576 million and earnest money is Rs. 1.979 million. Completion period is 4 months. Bids will be opened on 21 October 2026 at 01:30 PM.
