Framework Contract For Pantry Item Supply Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of pantry items to Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms suppliers distributors and authorized dealers must be registered with relevant tax authorities and active on Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids shall be submitted electronically only through Punjab e-Procurement System and manual or physical bids will not be accepted. The estimated annual cost is PKR 4,500,000 and bid security of PKR 45,000 shall be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner. The successful bidder shall enter into a Framework Rate Contract and supplies shall be made against call-off orders during the contract period; quantities are indicative and do not constitute a minimum purchase commitment. Bid submission closes on 19 October 2026 at 03:00 PM and bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 03:30 PM. PLIC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or annul the procurement process under applicable rules.
