Purchase Medical Equipment Diabetes Endocrinology Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of medical equipment for the ADP Scheme titled Establishment of Punjab Institute of Diabetes and Endocrinology at Services Hospital Lahore for 2026-2027. Total estimated cost is to be determined according to the equipment list and bid security is 2% of the given estimated cost. Manufacturers, sole agents and authorized agents of foreign principals engaged in trading and registered on Punjab e-Procurement and with relevant registration and tax authorities are eligible. Bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPR 2014. E-bids with electronically submitted bid security must be uploaded by 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. No physical financial instrument or hard copy of e-bids is accepted. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 06 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of Services Hospital Lahore.
