Procurement Of Bio Medical Equipment Accessories For Ambulances Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Bio-Medical Equipment and Accessories for Ambulances under the Sindh Integrated Emergency & Health Services procurement program for 2026-27. Electronic bids through EPADS on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis are invited from well-reputed manufacturers, authorized agents, importers and suppliers in Pakistan registered with Income Tax and GST/SST, in accordance with applicable SPP Rules for 2026-27 and SPP Rules 2010 amended up to date. Submission deadline is 26 October 2026 at 11:30 AM and opening is at 12:00 PM noon the same day. Bid shall include all Government taxes or duties. Tender documents are available from SPPRA EPADS from 01 October 2026. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000 is payable by Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of Sindh Integrated Emergency & Health Services and the tender receipt must be uploaded with the bid. Bid security is required as mentioned in the tender document in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft or CDR, with original bid security submitted before the submission deadline. Successful bidders must provide 5% performance security of the total bid value of winning items. SIEHS reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and to reject bids under the applicable SPP Rules. The bidding procedure stated for this category is Single Stage-Two Envelope.
