Supply of Electric Vehicles (EV Buses) with Charging Station including Installation, Commissioning & Training for Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad under Procurement Reference No. AIOU 09/2026-27 and e-PADS reference P119857. Bidding uses Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under the Public Procurement Rules 2026 and applicable regulations, guides, guidelines or instructions. Eligible suppliers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List and registered at e-PADS. Bid security of the required amount specified in the bidding document is mandatory in the name of the Treasurer, AIOU; scanned copy must be uploaded and hardcopy submitted physically as instructed.
