Framework Contract For Hospital Supply Items Tender Notice

Framework contracts for Financial Year 2026-27 covering X Ray Films and Fixer Developer, General Store Items, Stationery Items, Local Purchase of Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items, Pathology Lab Items, Printing Material and Dental Material through EPADS under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated costs are Rs. 1.50 million, Rs. 3.0 million, Rs. 1.50 million, Rs. 4.5 million, Rs. 3.0 million, Rs. 2.5 million and Rs. 1.0 million respectively, with bid security of 2% of estimated cost for each category. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted on EPADS by 10:00 AM on 20 October 2026 and will open at 11:30 AM the same day. Earnest money must be uploaded and the original instrument submitted before the closing time. Single Stage One Envelope method applies. Manual, conditional, telegraphic or postal tenders will not be entertained.
