Procurement of Stationery Items for Office Use through EPADS under the Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure from firms, companies and contractors having valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bid security is 1% of the estimated tender value amounting to Rs. 99,000 and must be furnished in the form of Bank Guarantee or Pay Order in favor of the Chief Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 a.m. on 20 October 2026 and bids will be opened and announced on the EPADS portal by 4:00 p.m. on 22 October 2026. Original CDR and samples of quoted stationery items must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on 20 October 2026 for inspection and evaluation. Bidders must provide an affidavit confirming that they are not blacklisted and quoted rates must include applicable duties, taxes, levies and charges.
