Description
Procurement of stationery items for office use by Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore through EPADS and PPRA platform under Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure. Bids are invited from firms, companies and contractors having valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bid security is 1% of estimated tender value amounting to Rs. 99,000 and must be furnished through Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of Chief Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS by 20 October 2026 at 1100 AM and bids will be opened and announced by the Procurement Committee on 22 October 2026 at 0400 PM on the EPADS portal. Original CDR and samples of quoted stationery items must be submitted by 20 October 2026 at 1000 AM; failure to provide them will render the bid technically non-responsive. Bidders must submit an affidavit confirming that they have not been blacklisted. Quoted rates must include all applicable duties, taxes, levies and other charges.
