Procurement of Laboratory Equipment Package No. 18, Lot-B, Chemistry Equipment on DDP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-I at G-11/3, Islamabad under reference P134949. The Infrastructure Development Authority, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods described in the bidding documents through EPADS v2.0. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding will be used with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations, guidelines and instructions. Bids must be accompanied by the bid security specified in the Bidding Document in the prescribed form. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. E-bids prepared in accordance with the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 19 October 2026 at 0400 PM and opened on the same day at 0430 PM. Manual submission is not permitted.
