Laboratory Chemistry Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory equipment under Package No. 18, Lot-B, Chemistry Equipment on DOP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad, under procurement reference P134949 and planned for FY 2026-27. Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders through EPADS v2.0. Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection is prescribed. Bids must be accompanied by the bid security specified in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order, Bankers Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 04:00 PM on 19 October 2026 and will be opened at 04:30 PM the same day. Manual submission is not accepted. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
