Routine Maintenance Works N85 Highway Tender Notice

Re-invitation of e-bids for three routine maintenance works on N-85 under Contract Nos. RM-WM-2025-26-1055 for KM 350+000-365+000 with Engineer's Estimate of Rs. 7,070,000, RM-WM-2025-26-1057 for KM 365+000-380+000 with Engineer's Estimate of Rs. 10,403,333, and RM-WM-2025-26-1061 for KM 425+000-438+000 with Engineer's Estimate of Rs. 5,994,000. Contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026 with PEC category C-5 and above and specialization CE-01 and C-10. Completion period is 12 months with a six-month defect liability period. Bid security is 2% of the Engineer's Estimate in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favour of National Highway Authority Road Maintenance Fund Security Deposit RMA. The procurement method is Single Stage-Two Envelopes. Bidding documents are available for free download from 10 October 2026. E-bids must be submitted by 29 October 2026 at 1100 hours and Technical e-Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day. Manual hard-copy bids are being eliminated for upcoming procurements and bidders must register on EPADS. Incorrect or unsubstantiated information may result in disqualification or legal action and default firms will not be eligible. NHA reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules.
