Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites e-bids for Framework Contracts for FY 2026-27 under Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. Lot 1 covers supply of stationery allocated Rs.15.00 million; Lot 2 items for national and religious celebrations/functions Rs.415.00 million; Lot 3 hiring of machinery and vehicles Rs.18.00 million; Lot 4 supply of store items Rs.27.50 million; Lot 5 supply and repair of information technology hardware and software Rs.16.00 million; and Lot 6 supply and repair of furniture Rs.14.00 million. Bid security is 5% for each lot and must be submitted electronically. Financial proposals will be opened only for technically qualified bidders; evaluation is lot and item wise. Prices must include supply, services, installation charges and applicable taxes, with DDP delivery. Bids are valid for 120 days and the successful bidder must provide up to 10% performance security. Submission is due 17 October 2026 at 1:00 PM and opening at 2:00 PM. Pro Tip: Stationery suppliers, event suppliers, machinery and vehicle rental firms, IT hardware and software vendors, store-item suppliers and furniture contractors should register on the Punjab e-procurement system and submit separate compliant technical and financial proposals.
