Annual Maintenance and Repair Works for FY 2026-27 comprising Building Works with estimated amount of Rs. 2.0 million - Road Works including PCC Street/Road with estimated amount of Rs. 9.0 million and Asphalt Road - Drainage Work with estimated amount of Rs. 2.0 million - Water Supply Works including GI Pipe and PE Pipe with estimated amount of Rs. 2.0 million - Miscellaneous Public Improvement Works with estimated amount of Rs. 40.0 million. Electronic bids are invited from contractors and firms having valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, renewed for 2026-27, and active taxpayer status with FBR. Procurement follows Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004, on percentage above, below or at par basis against the applicable MES Schedule of Rates. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 11:30 AM on 26 October 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day. Earnest money of 5% of estimated cost is required through Call Deposit in favour of Cantonment Board Abbottabad. Bids remain valid for 180 days. Conditional tenders and bids without required security are not entertained. Performance guarantee of 10% of estimated cost is required where the lowest quoted rates are less than 20% below the MES Schedule of Rates, subject to the stated conditions.
