Description
Chrysanthemum Exhibition 2026 at Jilani Park Lahore, including the events and works detailed in the bidding documents, through open competitive bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The estimated cost is Rs.47,000,000 and Bid Security at 2% is Rs.940,000. Interested firms and contractors registered with relevant tax departments and having relevant experience in conducting public festivals, exhibitions, VVIP event management, laser light shows and city decoration may participate. Bids must be uploaded electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System after quoting rates for the whole project. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 22 October 2026 and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Only technically responsive firms will have their financial bids opened and conditional bids will not be entertained.
