Description
Maintenance and repair works comprising weather shield paint and emulsion paint at Commissioner Office Sargodha - maintenance and repair of Judicial Complex Sillanwali including weather shield paint, emulsion paint, electrical installation and sanitary installation works - maintenance and repair of Judicial Colony Sargodha - maintenance and repair of Quarter Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Judicial Officer Colony Bhalwal. Bids are invited from Engineering Firms and Contractors having valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and codes and registered on the Punjab PPRA E-Procurement System. Bid Security or Earnest Money equivalent to 5% of estimated cost must be submitted through the prescribed online or digital mechanism. Bids are submitted electronically through the PPRA E-Tendering System and contractors may attend the bid retrieval and opening process. Successful bidders must furnish Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the Contract Amount. Rates must be quoted against each entry or item of DNIT or BOQs and rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages must be completely filled.
