Description
Procurement of summer and winter uniform items for students of Government Special Education Center Lawa, District Talagang for financial year 2026-27 according to Government of Punjab Special Education Department policy. The estimated cost is Rs.1.15 million and Bid Security is Rs.57,500, representing 5% of estimated procurement cost. Bidding will be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through Punjab E-Procurement System. Eligible financially sound firms must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with 100% active taxpayer ratio and must not be blacklisted by the procuring agency or PPRA. An affidavit on E-Stamp paper and prices based on prevailing market rates are required. Original CDR, hard copies of documents and laboratory report of samples issued by National Textile University Faisalabad are required. Bids must be submitted by 09:00 AM on 21 October 2026 and technical bids opened at 09:30 AM on the same date. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation. Successful bidder must furnish 10% performance guarantee before issuance of supply order. Bid validity is 180 days or 01 April 2027, whichever is earlier.
