Framework contract for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables on day-to-day basis for Hospital Regular Local Purchase, Sehat Sahulat Program Local Purchase Medicines and Zakat Medicines for financial year 2026-27, extendable for 03 months, at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Piplan. Eligible e-P registered pharmacies with valid relevant licenses, public-sector experience and active NTN and GST registration may participate. Bidding will be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended till date. Bid Security is 2% of the estimated price of each quoted item and must be submitted in the prescribed PSID form. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 PM on 21 October 2026 and opened at 12:30 PM on the same date. Bid validity is 180 days. Bidding documents contain detailed specifications, eligibility criteria, technical and financial evaluation criteria and estimated prices.
