Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines, surgicals, implants, disposables and Zakat medicine of Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Phalia, Mandi Bahauddin. Registered pharmacies, druggists and chemists holding Form 9 are invited to participate. Bidding will be conducted through Punjab E-Procurement under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated price is Rs.10 million and Bid Security is 2%, amounting to PKR 200,000, in the form of CDR in the name of Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Phalia. Bids must be submitted through e-Procurement by 12:00 PM on 22 October 2026 and opened at 12:30 PM on the same date. The tender document may be obtained free of cost through the PPRA website and proceedings will be carried out on the e-Procurement system. Late bids will be rejected and where the opening day is a public holiday, opening will take place on the next working day.
