Framework contract for procurement of laboratory reagents, chemicals, medical devices and laboratory consumables for FY 2026-27. Categories include Diagnostic Screening Tests and Test Strips; Blood Specimen Collection Tubes and Vials; Laboratory Reagents and Quality Control Materials; Laboratory Consumables and Disposables; Small Laboratory Equipment and Accessories; Chemistry Analyzer on Reagent Rental Basis; and CBC Analyzer on Reagent Rental Basis. Total estimated procurement value is Rs.18,900,000 with bid security at 2% of estimated cost submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors and suppliers having documented experience of supplying laboratory items to at least one hospital with minimum 150 beds. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. E-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 16 October 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
