Framework Contract Medicines Surgical Eye Lens Laparoscopic Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for bulk purchase of medicines, surgical disposables, eye lenses and laparoscopic disposables for financial year 2026-27 at Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital Sialkot. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents and importers with established technical, financial and managerial credentials are invited to participate. Bid security is 1% of the estimated price. Samples of quoted items are to be received on 27 October 2026. Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on E-PADS before closing and each page of the bidding documents must be signed and stamped, otherwise the bid will be rejected. Bid validity is 180 days. Bids close at 10:30 AM and open at 11:00 AM on 27 October 2026.
