Provision Event Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of event management services for the 2nd Convocation 2026 of Kohsar University Murree. Experienced and financially sound event management firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,956,150, and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, payable digitally through the e-Procurement Portal using Bank of Punjab as specified in Clause 2.12 of the tender document. Open competitive bidding shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through the e-Procurement Portal by 12:00 hours on 23 October 2026 and will be opened at 12:30 hours on the same date. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids and cancel the bidding process before contract award under Rule 32 of the PPR-14. If the submission or opening date falls on a public holiday or office closure, the next working day shall apply at the same time.
