Supply of summer and winter uniform kits with shoes for boys at Government Secondary Institute for the Blind, Sheranwala Gate, Lahore, for financial year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 2,000,000 and bid security is 5%, amounting to Rs. 100,000. Eligible firms must be registered for income tax and sales tax and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2026. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount and sign the contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani rupees inclusive of applicable taxes, which will be deducted according to government rules. Bid validity is three months from publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority reserves the right to reject bids before acceptance.
