Description

Procurement of laboratory equipment for the University of Rasul under Tender No. UOR/PD/2026-27/M&E/06. The estimated cost is Rs. 221,047,200, and bid security is 2% of the estimated price, with the amount and lot-wise requirements specified in the bidding documents. Eligible reputable firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax and general sales tax, maintain active taxpayer status, and satisfy the experience and other requirements set out in the tender documents. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be prepared in conformity with the bidding documents and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 20 October 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives carrying valid authority letters. Bid security must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal, and a scanned copy must be attached to the technical bid. Bidding documents are available from the date of publication through the University of Rasul website and the relevant PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. The university will not be responsible for delays in submission of bids or bid security. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The university management reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
