Description

The University of Rasul invites bids from reputable firms registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax and sales tax, with active taxpayer status and adequate relevant experience, for procurement of laboratory equipment under Tender No. UOR/PD/2026-27/M&E/06. The estimated cost is Rs. 221,047,200, and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost on a lot-wise basis, as specified in the bidding documents. The Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure will be followed. Bidding documents are available from the date of publication through the University website and the Punjab procurement portals. Technical and financial bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 20 October 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives carrying valid authority letters. Bid security must be submitted through the e-Procurement portal, and a scanned copy must be attached to the technical bid. The University will not be responsible for delays in submission of bids or bid security. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. The University reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
