Description
Framework contract for printing and stationery items for the Directorate of Social Security Sargodha for financial year 2026-2027. The estimated cost is PKR 9,000,000, and bid security is 2% of the estimated price. Eligible financially sound firms, manufacturers and authorized distributors must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with PPRA Punjab. The procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and the applicable e-procurement regulations. Bidding documents containing terms and conditions, quantities, instructions and specifications are available for download through the relevant departmental and PPRA websites. All bids, including bid security, must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the prescribed guidelines and PPRA instructions. If the opening or downloading date is declared a public holiday or non-working day, the next working day will apply.
