Supply Of Electro Medical Equipment For Physiotherapy Tender Notice

Second retender for electro-medical equipment for the Physiotherapy Department of Federal Government Polyclinic, Islamabad, under the PSDP project Strengthening and Up-Gradation of Cardiology and other Departments for financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. Eligible bidders are invited to submit electronic bids through EPADS version 2.0. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique, in accordance with applicable Public Procurement Rules, regulations, guidelines and instructions issued by the authority. Detailed bidding documents containing specifications, requirements, terms and conditions are available through the EPADS vendor portal. Each bid must include bid security in the form prescribed in the bidding documents, namely a pay order or Call Deposit Receipt. Bidders must upload copies of the required undertakings on judicial paper and bid security through EPADS and submit the originals in hard copy to the procuring entity on the scheduled date and time. Registration on EPADS version 2.0 is mandatory, and manual bids will not be entertained. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14 October 2026 at 9:30 AM in the auditorium of the Federal Government Polyclinic. Only clarifications or observations uploaded through EPADS version 2.0 will be considered. The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject tenders in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
