Rehabilitation Of Quaid Azam Road In Jahanian Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation of Quaid Azam Road from DPS to Lala Sehari Chowk within the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Jahanian under the MRS second biannual 2026 schedule. The estimated cost is PKR 6,000,000 and earnest money is PKR 300,000, equivalent to 5% of the estimate. Eligible contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in the relevant category and codes for financial year 2026-27 and be registered on the Punjab e-procurement system. Bidders must quote item rates against every entry in the DNIT and BOQ and complete all rate-analysis, summary and sub-summary pages; incomplete financial bids may be declared non-responsive. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS by 28 October 2026 at 2:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM. The original call deposit receipt issued by the Bank of Punjab must be delivered to the tender opening committee or Head Clerk (Infrastructure) one hour before opening; failure to comply may result in disqualification. Completion time will be as stated in the work order.
