Repair Metalled Roads Khanewal City Tender Notice
Description
Patch work and repair of metalled roads within Khanewal city, with an estimated cost of PKR 9,745,000 and bid security of PKR 487,250, equal to 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, with FBR, PRA, NTN and PNTN registrations, and Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category. Bids must be submitted electronically by uploading a PDF file through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The Single Stage Single Envelope procedure applies. Bid security must be submitted electronically according to PPRA instructions; physical bid security instruments are not accepted. Bids close on 2026-10-30 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM on the same date. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic submissions will be rejected, and conditional tenders are not accepted. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receiving the offer letter, in favour of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Khanewal, in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee. Bids remain valid for 120 days. If the closing date falls on an official holiday, the next working day applies. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Section 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
