Hiring Call Center Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of call center services for Punjab Skills Development Fund for a contract period of one year, extendable for further terms. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 8,145,200. Bids are invited from reputable, experienced and tax-registered bidders under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through national competitive bidding in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must obtain the bidding documents, evaluation criteria and terms of reference through the Punjab e-Procurement System, Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website or Punjab Skills Development Fund website. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 3:00 PM on 2026-10-30; late bids and submissions through other means will be rejected. Technical bids will open at 3:30 PM on 2026-10-30 in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. A pre-bid meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on 2026-10-20 at 12:00 PM. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date while the closing and opening times remain unchanged.
