Hiring of firms to provide janitorial services, 21 cleaning personnel and cleanliness materials at different institutions and offices of the Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Department in Sahiwal Division. The estimated cost for the eight-month contract is PKR 10,416,000, calculated at PKR 62,000 per person, inclusive of all taxes. The initial contract period is eight months and may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and mutual consultation. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant authorities, registered on the Punjab e-procurement system and included in the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents containing specifications, terms and conditions are available free of cost through the Punjab e-procurement system and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority websites. The single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure applies under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-procurement portal by 2 November 2026 at 12:00 noon and will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Fixed bid security of PKR 208,320, representing 2% of the estimated cost, must be deposited electronically through the prescribed e-procurement mechanism; physical financial instruments are not accepted. The successful bidder must submit performance security through the prescribed electronic procedure. Bidders are responsible for timely electronic submission and must review all bidding documents carefully.
