Procurement Of Malarial Parasite Analyzer Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of an analyzer for malarial parasite testing with an estimated cost of PKR 8,500,000 and mandatory bid security of PKR 170,000, representing 2% of the estimated amount. Electronic bids are invited from original manufacturers, sole distributors of manufacturers and authorized distributors of manufacturers registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center tender website and Punjab e-procurement websites. The procurement follows the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system by 2 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, accompanied by electronic bid security; hard-copy bid security is not acceptable. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Participating bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-procurement system. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 19 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower A. Bids will be opened on 2 November 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidder representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and those rules prevail in case of conflict with the bidding documents.
