Framework contract for procurement of biological reagents, laboratory items and accessories for Drugs Testing Laboratory Rawalpindi. Eligible suppliers, firms, companies and distributors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System must demonstrate technical, financial and managerial capability and meet the qualification criteria set out in the bidding documents. Complete bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement portal and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Procurement will follow open competitive bidding under the single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Technical and financial bids, including the necessary qualification documents, must be submitted electronically before the prescribed closing time.
