Description
Organisation and delivery of a cultural and food festival titled Jhelum Eats for Municipal Committee Jhelum. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 7,500,000, with bid security of PKR 375,000, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorised dealers must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, Punjab Revenue Authority and relevant procurement authorities and must submit their bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Procurement will follow the single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure under the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be completed, authenticated and uploaded as PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 31 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The notice states that bids will be opened at 2:30 PM on 31 October 2026 at the Municipal Committee Jhelum office. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the procurement system in the name of Municipal Committee Jhelum. Conditional tenders will not be accepted, and tendered rates and amounts must be stated in both figures and words. Bids will remain valid for 120 days. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic submissions may be rejected. If the submission deadline falls on an official holiday, the next working day will apply. Bidders are responsible for uploading bids before the deadline, and the procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35.
