Supply Installation Air Conditioners Appliances Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of air conditioners and related appliances for the CSSC project under the government e-governance programme. The procurement includes wall-mounted air conditioners with 1.5-ton capacity, non-inverter cassette-type air conditioners with 2-ton capacity, inverter cassette-type air conditioners with 2-ton capacity, copper piping, connecting wires, water dispensers, false-ceiling fans measuring 2 by 2 feet and 24-inch bracket fans. The estimated cost is PKR 5,500,000 for air-conditioning equipment and installation and PKR 1,200,000 for appliances and fans, with fixed bid security of PKR 110,000 and PKR 24,000 respectively. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PITB and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority websites. Separate technical and financial proposals must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the prescribed deadline. Income tax and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late proposals will not be considered. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under the applicable procurement rules.
