Outsourcing Hospital Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services for Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology for financial year 2026–2027. The estimated cost is PKR 51,000,000, and the required bid security is PKR 1,020,000, equivalent to 2% of the estimated contract value. Eligible firms with established technical, financial and managerial credentials must register on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and submit electronic bids through the prescribed platform. The procurement follows the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available free of charge through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Bid security must be submitted electronically in favour of the Executive Director according to the prescribed electronic procurement process; physical financial instruments will not be accepted. The technical proposals will be opened according to the announced schedule, and further contractual terms and requirements are specified in the bidding documents. If the scheduled submission or opening date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will apply. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance and will communicate grounds for rejection upon request without being required to justify those grounds.
