Description

The Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi invites electronic bids for procurement of furniture, fixtures, IT equipment and miscellaneous items for newly appointed Additional Deputy Commissioner and Additional Assistant Commissioners in the Deputy Commissioner’s office. The estimated cost is Rs. 31 million, with bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 1.55 million and a delivery period of 90 days. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors must be registered with SECP where applicable and with the relevant registration and tax authorities, including income tax, general sales tax and Punjab sales tax. Bidding follows Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Complete bids and supporting documents must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 30 October 2026 and will open electronically at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Manual bids are not accepted, and corrupt, incomplete, unreadable or malware-infected electronic proposals will be treated as non-responsive. Bid security must be submitted through a digital bank guarantee or the 1LINK payment method in favour of the Deputy Commissioner, Rawalpindi. The successful bidder must furnish performance security of 10% of the contract price under Rule 56 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procuring agency may verify credentials and adjust scope or quantities subject to budget availability and applicable rules.
