Framework Contract Supply Sports Goods Tender Notice
Description
Directorate of Sports, Merged Areas invites electronic bids from interested firms for a framework contract to supply sports goods to the Youth Affairs and Sports Department during the current financial year 2026-27, on a free-delivery-to-consignee basis. Eligible firms, companies, authorized dealers, wholesale dealers, distributors and general order suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and KPRA, hold valid NTN and GST registrations, and appear as active taxpayers on the FBR list. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 4 November 2026 and will open at 11:30 AM the same day at the Directorate of Sports, Merged Areas, Qayyum Stadium, Peshawar Cantonment. Evaluation will be conducted on an item-wise basis. Each bid must include security of Rs. 600,000 in the form of a CDR in favour of the Director Sports, Merged Areas; the security will later be converted into performance security. Bidders must also submit hard copies of their bid proposals to the Directorate office. Bidding documents are available through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-procurement portal and the Directorate of Sports website. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Pro Tip: Sports goods suppliers should verify item specifications, active tax registrations, free-delivery obligations, the required CDR and hard-copy submission instructions before lodging their electronic bids.
