Establishment Of Hard Coating Facility In Gilgit Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of a hard coating facility in the GBHEW Division Gilgit under the Development of Hydro Power and Renewable Energy-II project. The estimated cost is PKR 17,290,990, the bid security is PKR 850,000, and the tender document fee is PKR 8,000, payable in cash and non-refundable as specified in the bidding documents. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be followed, requiring technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes enclosed in one package clearly identifying the work and bidding procedure. Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration under the appropriate category and relevant code for financial year 2026-27 and must be enlisted and renewed with the Water & Power Department Gilgit-Baltistan for the same financial year. A valid bank credit line certificate for at least PKR 30 million issued by a scheduled bank and bank statements demonstrating transactions of at least PKR 30 million during the preceding six months are mandatory. A no-blacklisting, no-default and no-litigation certificate from a notary public must be submitted. Bid security of PKR 850,000 must accompany the technical proposal. Qualification criteria, technical specifications and other conditions are detailed in the bidding documents available from the Executive Engineer Water and Power Civil Engineering Division Hunza-Nagar. Complete bids must be submitted to the office of the Superintending Engineer Water and Power Circle Gilgit by the stated deadline. Late bids will not be entertained, and the employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids with reasons communicated accordingly. The procurement concerns hard coating facility establishment, engineering infrastructure, hydropower project support works and civil engineering facility development.
