Procurement of stationery, computer stationery, uniforms, other miscellaneous items, printing and publication of articles, transport repair, furniture repair, machinery repair, IT equipment repair, hardware repair, office building repair, janitorial services, and drinking water supply for financial year 2026-27 at the Regional Tax Office-I, Karachi. Eligible firms must be registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department, and Sindh Revenue Board and hold active taxpayer status. Bidding will be conducted through EPADS 2.0 using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure and least-cost-based selection. Firms must quote rates serial-wise according to the tender documents, including GST where applicable; income tax withholding will be applied at prescribed rates. Electronic bids must be submitted using the EPADS file-upload method by 3 November 2026. Tenders will open at 11:30 AM on the same date in the conference room on the sixth floor of Income Tax House, Karachi. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders, while the successful bidder's security will be converted into a security deposit.
