Medicines Surgical Disposable Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for medicines and surgical disposable items, including day-to-day, bulk, and local purchase medicines, for financial year 2026-27 at THQ Hospital Minchin Abad. Eligible pharmacies and pharmacy chains must hold a valid centralized drug sale licence for Category A, preferably located within the relevant tehsil or town and not outside the health facility district. Bidding will follow open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bid security of 2% is required and must remain valid for 180 days, submitted online in favour of the Medical Superintendent. Medicine discounts will be calculated against the maximum sale price fixed by DRAP, with categories for multinational and local manufacturers; surgical and disposable items will follow the notified policy and DCW market rates.
