Hiring of security and janitorial services for the financial year 2026-27 by the School Education Department, South Punjab, Multan. Bids are invited from reputable firms with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations and the capability to provide security personnel and janitorial services. Bidding will follow open competitive bidding under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure specified in Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bidding documents are available through the procuring agency and the PPRA Punjab website and Punjab e-procurement system. The last date for purchase of bidding documents and submission of bids is 3 November 2026 at 12:00 PM, and bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day. Bid security must be calculated on the estimated cost of quoted items in accordance with Rule 27 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and submitted in favour of the Section Officer (General), School Education Department, South Punjab, Multan, through a CDR, bank draft or pay order issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bidders must quote their best and final prices inclusive of applicable taxes. Incomplete, conditional bids and bids without the specified bid security will not be considered. Bids failing the minimum requirements will be declared non-responsive, and financial proposals of disqualified bidders will be returned unopened. The number of required posts may be increased or decreased by the competent authority. If bidding proceedings cannot take place on the scheduled date, they will be conducted on the next working day at the same time and place. The Secretary reserves the authority to revoke the agreement at any time.
