Event Organization For Sixth Convocation Tender Notice
Description
Event organization services for the 6th Convocation at Sahiwal Medical College for financial year 2026-2027. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 1,610,000, and bid security is 2% of the estimated amount. Bidding is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope, Two-Stage Bidding procedure specified in Rule 38(2)(b) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Eligible manufacturers, authorized sole distributors, suppliers, and contractors must be registered with PPRA and the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities. Bids must include bid security in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, or pay order from a scheduled bank in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, together with the Integrity Pact, PPRA registration, valid NTN and STRN certificates, and all other mandatory documents. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred. Complete scanned bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 5 November 2026 at 1:00 PM, with opening at 1:30 PM in the hospital committee room. The procuring agency may reject bids or cancel the process under Rules 33 and 35.
