Description
Beautification and upgradation of Qasim Park in Kehror Pacca City under the Joint Local Government Authority programme. Estimated cost: PKR 4,370,000. Earnest money: 5% of the estimated cost. The estimate is based on MRS B1, 2nd Annual 2026 for District Lodhran. Eligible contractors must be enlisted or renewed with PEC for FY 2026-27 in the relevant category. Procurement follows the single-stage, single-envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically by 7 November 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of District Council Lodhran. Contractors must quote rates in figures and words on a percentage or item-rate basis as specified in the notice. Where the lowest quoted rate triggers the additional-performance-security provision, the successful bidder must deposit the required additional security from a scheduled bank within 15 days of the notice; failure may lead to forfeiture of the 5% CDR and re-tendering. Contractors must carry out required quality-control tests at their own expense. Sub-work orders may be issued as needed by the concerned DDO, and contractors must commence work immediately as instructed and submit daily GPS-tagged photographs of progress. The agency may reject bids under Rule 35.
