Procurement of furniture, chairs and cash handling machines for The Bank of Punjab. Technical and financial bids are invited under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab E-Procurement System and the PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 11 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date and time to be announced. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through 1Link or the bank guarantee option using the generated PSID on the e-procurement system. Prices must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required. The bank will not reimburse costs incurred in preparing or submitting bids.
