Consultancy For Design Of Two Vertical Parking Plazas Tender Notice

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi invites sealed proposals from eligible PEC/PCATP-registered consultants and firms for consultancy services covering design, preparation of bills of quantities, engineer estimates and detailed technical specifications for construction of two vertical parking plazas with basement, ground floor and five upper floors at Creek Avenue, Phase VIII, DHA Karachi. The request for proposals may be obtained from the office of the Additional Director (Contracts), Engineering Directorate, PDOHA Head Office, from 23 October 2026, on submission of a written request, payment of the prescribed non-refundable document fee of Rs. 5,000 by pay order in favour of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi, and production of a valid PEC/PCATP registration certificate. One original and one copy of the sealed proposal must reach the Engineering Directorate by 12 November 2026 at 1430 hours. Proposals will open on the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or authorised representatives. DHA reserves the right to accept or reject bids under applicable rules.
