Procurement of goods for the Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of the Punjab, comprising stationery, printing, cost of other items, computer stationery, other items, entertainment and gifts, furniture, machinery and information technology equipment. Bidders, including manufacturers, authorized dealers and sellers engaged in trading, must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Each bidder must submit a single package containing separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped in accordance with the tender documents, together with a call deposit receipt. Brand-new original goods complying with specifications must be supplied and installed at the Civil Secretariat, Lahore, within 15 days of the purchase order. Bid security is 5% of the estimated procurement price and may be submitted as a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order in favor of the Section Officer (General), Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of the Punjab. The original security instrument must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope before the electronic bid submission deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 6 November 2026 at 1100 hours and will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. Late bids will be rejected.
