Repair, rehabilitation, distempering, and repainting of the Municipal Committee office building at Jatoi under the approved scheme for financial year 2026-27, using the MRS second biannual 2026 rates and item-wise BOQ pricing. The estimated cost is PKR 1.49 million, and earnest money is required at 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible contractors must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in the relevant category and codes for financial year 2026-27 and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement system.
