Annual tender and retender procurement for financial year 2026-27 by Social Security Hospital, Model Town, Gujranwala, covering five framework contracts: medical gases with an estimated cost of PKR 3,500,000; dry cleaning and laundry services with an estimated cost of PKR 2,000,000; contingency items with an estimated cost of PKR 1,300,000; rehabilitation and dental items with an estimated cost of PKR 1,000,000; and neon sign boards with an estimated cost of PKR 1,000,000. Each procurement requires bid security of 5% of its estimated cost. Registered firms must submit electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with scanned copies of the original bid security attached to the e-bid and the original bid security deposited in the Administration Block conference room before the submission deadline. Bidding shall follow the single-stage, single-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids close on 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM on the same day in the first-floor conference room of the Administration Block. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 28 October 2026.
