Prequalification Vendors Medical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of vendors for day-to-day local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items for Financial Year 2026-27 by Government Teaching Hospital Shahdara Lahore. Bid security is 2% of the estimated price in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Eligible firms with established technical, financial and managerial credentials may obtain bidding documents containing detailed requirements and specifications through the PPRA and e-Procurement websites. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Online bids must be submitted by 2026-11-11 at 10:00 AM, and technical proposals will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or authorized agents in the hospital conference room. Late bids and bids sent by post will not be entertained. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance.
