Hiring of janitorial services for Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi for Financial Year 2026-2027. E-bids are invited from registered firms with established technical credentials - relevant experience - financial soundness and registration with the relevant departments for Income Tax - Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, with active taxpayer status. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Technical and financial offers inclusive of all applicable taxes must be uploaded online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in complete conformity with the bidding documents.
